Ms. Coveyou is currently CFO at Laguna Cove, an affiliate of the Newport Private Group, a management consulting company which provides services to real estate, healthcare, private equity, and non-profits firms. Prior to this position, she was with the Capital Group, an $1.8T Investment Management Firm, in the Strategic Analysis Group, working on a variety of high level operational and strategic initiatives.

Ms. Coveyou has also extensive management experience working in the healthcare arena for firms as Valeant, Johnson and Johnson, Merck, and Deloitte Consulting. Ms. Coveyou led merger and acquisitions work for Valeant and Johnson and Johnson, including closing a $500M licensing deal. She also worked in management consulting in the healthcare division for Deloitte Consulting in New York City. Rosanna has over 20 years of management experience in roles ranging from finance, M&A, strategy, product management and marketing.

Ms. Coveyou holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in International Relations. She is a Certified Valuations Analyst and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst.

Ms. Coveyou also is a licensed California real estate broker. She has a passion for helping non-profit organizations and currently serves as Board Chairwoman of the YMCA of Orange County. She has served on the YMCA of Orange County’s Executive Committee, Board Advancement Committee, and Program Development Committee.

She also serves on the Business Council of the Festival of Children Foundation and the Advisory Board for the Wyland Foundation. She is also the South Orange County Chair of the Alumni Interviewing Program for the University of Pennsylvania and is an active troop leader in the Girl Scouts of Orange County. She also formerly served as Board Secretary of the Journey School Foundation, an Orange County charter school.
