A native of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, John Daniels retired after 27 years as Executive Director of Retail Center Properties, South Coast Plaza in 2017.

Having received degrees from Pennsylvania Military College, Cal State University, Fullerton and University of Wisconsin-Madison, John had an impressive musical career prior to entering real estate which he continued to pursue as a board member of such illustrious organizations as the Southern California Children’s Choral Association, Orange County School of the Arts, and Orange County’s Pacific Symphony.

In addition, John is the Founding Music Director and Conductor of Orange County Wind Ensemble. In his free time, John enjoys travel, music, and classic cars, as well as spending time with his children Doug and Tiffany, and his three grandchildren, Liam, Jeremy and Rachel.
