Sandra (Sandy) Segerstrom Daniels
Sandy founded Festival of Children Foundation in 2003 to bring together a national community of children’s charities of all shapes and sizes to collaborate, access resources, share knowledge, focus their efforts and ultimately, roll up their sleeves and work together to improve the lives of children. In 2008, Sandy was the catalyst behind the designation of September as National Child Awareness Month by the U.S. Senate and has been successful in having every successive September designated as National Child Awareness Month.
Sandy serves as a co-managing partner of C. J. Segerstrom & Sons, a family-owned real estate partnership, which owns and operates South Coast Plaza, a renowned, luxury international shopping destination in Orange County, California, and the largest shopping center on the West Coast.
