JA SoCal inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a global economy. Volunteers from the professional sector help youth explore the business of life through hands-on dynamic programs that teach skills related to managing money, starting a business and entering the work-world.
JA Orange County’s programs seek to inspire and empower more than 14,000 young people through entrepreneurship, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship education; all concepts that are reinforced through JA’s volunteer mentors who lead students through JA Classroom and Job Shadow programs!
